  1. 350 g 120 g 90 g 50 g 2 tsp 1 tbsp Marinade

  3. 1/2 tsp Corn starch

  4. 1 tbsp Salt Reduced Light Soy Sauce

  5. 1 tsp Sauce Mix

  6. 1 tsp Water

  7. 3 tbsp Salt Reduced Light Soy Sauce

  8. 2 tbsp Sugar

  9. 2 tsp

  1. Marinate chicken meat for 15 minutes.

  2. Blanch broccoli, cauliflower and carrot in boiling water. Drain.

  3. Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Sprinkle with wine.

  4. Add vegetables and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
