Apple Snacking Cake -

1/2 c Oil

1/4 c Apple juice

1 ts Vanilla

1 c Sugar

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1 1/2 c Apples; peeled/ sliced

1 3/4 c Semisweet miniature

-chocolate chips 1/2 c Pecans; chopped

9 inch square baking pan. Bake at

350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake starts to pull away

from sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired. --
