  1. 1/2 cup(s) Planters® Sliced Almonds , toasted, divided

  2. 50 Nilla Wafers® , finely crushed

  3. 6 tablespoon(s) butter , melted

  4. 1 package(s) Jell-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

  5. 1 cup(s) cold milk

  6. 1 cup(s) Cool Whip® Whipped Topping , thawed

  7. 1 cup(s) mixed fresh fruit , such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, halved strawberries, sliced kiwi

  1. Reserve 1 tablespoon nuts. Finely chop remaining nuts; mix with wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan or shallow pie plate.

  2. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip®. Spoon into crust.

  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with fruit and reserved nuts just before serving.

  4. Variation: For stronger almond flavor, stir 1/4 teaspoon almond extract into pudding mixture before spooning into crust.

  5. Each serving provides: 0.5g trans fat, 6%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 6%DV calcium, 4%DV iron.
