  1. 425 1/54 g package yellow gluten-free cake mix

  2. 158 1/21 ml creamy peanut butter

  3. 88.74 ml margarine or 88.74 ml butter

  4. 1 large egg

  5. 29 1/28 ml milk

  6. 29 1/28 ml vanilla extract

  7. granulated sugar

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the sugar together in a mixer until incorporated.

  2. Place the sugar in a shallow bowl.

  3. Form 1 inch balls with the dough and roll each one in the sugar. Arrange them on a cookie sheet, pressing with a fork to make a pattern if desired.

  4. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
