  1. 2 cn Tomatoes with liquid, minced

  2. -(14 1/2 oz. ea.)

  3. 2 c Vegetable juice

  4. 2 tb Red wine vinegar

  5. 1 Clove Garlic, minced

  6. 1 ts Salt

  7. 1/2 ts Pepper

  8. 10 dr Hot sauce

  9. 6 oz Seasoned croutons

  10. 1 md Cucumber, peeled and diced

  11. 1 md Green pepper, diced

  12. 1 bn Green onions with tops,

  13. -sliced

  1. In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir well; ladle into soup bowls and garnish as desired with croutons, cucumbers, peppers, and green onions. Servings: 6-8 servings.
