  2. 1 peck tomatoes

  3. 10 onions

  4. 2 quarts corn

  5. 2 quarts Lima beans

  6. 2 bunches celery

  7. 5 quarts water

  8. 1 large head cabbage, shredded

  9. 2 cups carrots, diced or ground

  10. 3 red bell peppers, chopped

  11. 2 green bell pepper, chopped

  12. 1 cup salt

  13. 1 teaspoon pepper

  1. Cook beans separately.

  2. When almost soft, add carrots and celery.

  3. Cook 10 minutes and add other vegetables and seasonings.

  4. Cook slowly until all vegetables are tender.

  5. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
