  8. 1 pk Haddock fillets; frozen,

  9. -cooked (700g)(1 1/2 lbs)

  10. 2 tb Butter

  11. 1/2 c Onion; chopped

  12. 1 Garlic clove; crushed

  13. 1 c Zucchini; diced

  14. 2 tb Flour

  15. 1/2 ts Salt

  16. 1 ds Pepper

  17. 1/2 ts Thyme

  18. 1/2 ts Basil

  19. 2 c Tomatoes; peeled, seeded

  20. - chopped 1 Pie crust (9 inch)

  21. Note: Boston bluefish, cod or turbot may be substituted for Haddock.

  22. Break fillets in chunks. Saut* onion, garlic and zucchini until vegetables

  23. are tender. Blend in flour, seasonings and herbs. Add tomatoes and cook 5

  24. min or until sauce is thick. Add fish and pour into a 9 inch pie plate.

  26. 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Allow pie to stand 10 minutes before serving
