  1. 500 grams chicken

  2. 3 onion

  3. 2 small tomato

  4. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  5. 2 teaspoons red chilli powder salt to taste

  6. 1 pinch turmeric powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste some curry leaves cashews for seasoning purposes coriander leaves for garnishing cloves bayleaf for seasoning.

  1. Preparation : first in a pan pour oil,then add cloves,bayleaf...fry for some time,then add cashews,curry leaves and fry for some time...to this add onion,when it turns yellow add tomato,and after some time add ginger garlic paste and stir well...to this add garam masala powder...after a minute add chicken to it...now add turmeric powder,salt and red chilli powder...pour now water and close the pan...allow chicken to boil...after 2-3 min open the pan and keep the stove in sim and keep stirring it...when when it is in gravy state put some coriander leaves and off the gas...its now ready to serve...it goes well with rice,rotis,puris ,breads,chappatis,parathas...
