  1. Chicken Jack Fajita

  2. 2 chicken breasts

  3. 1 package sliced mushrooms

  4. 1 medium yellow onion

  5. 4 Tbsps sour cream

  6. 10 oz. Cheddar-Jack cheese

  7. 4 Tbsps margarine

  8. flour tortillias

  9. Cut chicken into chunks and season. Saute in frying pan until

  10. golden brown. Remove from heat. In separate pan, saute onion and mushrooms in 4 tbsps of margarine until tender. Add sour cream,

  11. cheese and chicken to the mushrooms and onions. Stir and let heat

  12. 10-15 minutes. Check mixture every

  13. 2-3 minutes. When finished,

  14. spoon into tortillas and serve with salsa and extra sour cream.
