  2. 1 Garlic clove

  3. 2 Whole cloves

  4. 10 Black peppercorns - whole

  5. 2 Bay leaves

  6. 8 Carrots (medium)

  7. 8 Potatoes (medium)

  8. 8 Yellow onions - peeled (medium)

  9. 1 Cabbage - cut in wedges (medium) Chopped parsley Mustard sauce

  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Butter - melted

  11. 1 Egg

  12. 1/3 cup 53g / 1.9oz Light brown sugar

  13. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Granulated sugar

  14. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  15. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  16. 1/4 cup 59ml Prepared mustard

  17. 3/8 cup 88ml Cider vinegar

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring. Reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes. Serve hot with corned beef.
