  4. 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

  5. 3 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  6. 2 Teaspoons worcestershire sauce

  7. 6 Tablespoons fresh white bread crumbs

  8. chopped fresh parsley

  9. lemon wedges

  1. Prehead oven to 450 degrees. Butter 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Arrangefish fillets in prepared dish in a single layer. Season with salt andpepper. Blend butter, mustard, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce ina bowl. Spread equal portions of butter mixture over each fillet,covering each fillet completely. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over fillets.

  2. Bake until just cooked through., about10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices orwedges.
