  2. 1 1/2 pounds lake trout fillet

  4. **cranberry sauce**

  5. 1/2 large pink grapefruit

  6. 2 tablespoons red onion -- minced

  7. 1 jalapeno -- chopped

  8. 1 tablespoon honey

  9. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  10. 1 cup cranberries

  11. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- chopped

  1. Section pink grapefruit and discard membrane. Dice grapefruit and mix with the other ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Simmer 6-8 minutes until cranberries soften. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the grill and oil the grill well. Cut the fillet into 4 serving portions.

  3. Grill skin down over medium high heat for about 7 minutes, turn and grill 3 min more.

  4. Serve skin side down and spoon sauce over the fish.
