  14. 1 sm Onion; chopped In mediun-size saucepan, bring broth and rice to a boil. Cover and simmer 40 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Drain,

  15. if necessary. Meanwhile, heat oil in a nonstick skillet and saute

  16. onion softened. Stir in curry powder. Add onion, raisins and peas to

  17. 2 1/2 to 3 cups or 1 1/2 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGES
