  1. 10 oz Pkg frozen whole kernel Corn

  2. 1/4c Chopped sweet Red Pepper

  3. 1/4c Cream Cheese (reduced cal.)

  4. 1 tb Skim Milk

  5. 1/4c Chopped Green Pepper

  6. 1/4c Chopped Celery

  7. 1/4c Diced green Chili Peppers

  1. + In a medium saucepan combine corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery, and 1/2 cup water.

  2. Cook about 5 minutes or till corn is tender.

  3. Drain.

  4. Stir in cream cheese, chili peppers, milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.

  5. Heat through.
