  3. 5 corn tortillas , torn in quarters

  4. 1 pound(s) frozen peeled medium shrimp , thawed

  5. 2 ounce(s) reduced-fat cream cheese , softened

  6. cup(s) each shredded Jack cheese and chopped cilantro

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a simmer in large nonstick skillet. Cover and simmer 1 minute.

  2. Add shrimp, cover and cook 1 minute. Over low heat, stir in cream cheese until melted. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, cover and cook 1 minute until cheese melts No time-consuming filling, rolling or baking required.
