  3. 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar or honey or agave syrup

  4. 1 to 2 teaspoons lime juice teaspoon lime zest, optional Cilantro and lime slices for garnish

  1. Home Recipes Dessert Chef Nathan Lippy’s Avocado Cream Rinse avocado. Cut in half and remove pit. Carefully spoon flesh out, leaving shells intact for serving dishes. With whisk or mixer or in food processor, beat avocado until smooth. Add cream, sugar and lime juice and zest and beat to soft peaks. Spoon avocado cream into the reserved avocado shells. Garnish with cilantro sprig and lime slice.
