  1. pork tenderloin

  2. olive oil

  3. 2 tbsps. oyster sauce

  4. 1 canned mushrooms (sliced)

  5. 1 Campbell's Cream of Mushroom

  6. 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)

  7. salt and pepper

  8. 1/2 tsp. cornstarch mix with

  9. 3 tbsps of water

  1. Rub the tenderloin with olive oil then season with salt and pepper

  2. Slice tenderloin according to your desired size and shape

  3. Pan fry or roast the sliced pork until gloden brown

  4. Then set aside in a platter

  5. Sauce:

  6. Saute chopped garlic until golden brown

  7. Add the sliced mushrooms

  8. Add the oyster sauce simmer for a few seconds

  9. Add the cream of mushroom

  10. Make sure it is in low fire

  11. Add the corstarch and water mixture

  12. Add salt and pepper if desired to improve taste

  13. Top the fried Pork Tenderloin
