  2. 1 1/2 c Diced rhubarb stalks

  3. 1 c Sugar

  4. 3/4 c Butter

  5. 1 c Brown sugar

  6. 4 -eggs

  7. 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour

  8. 1 t Baking soda

  9. 1 t Baking powder

  10. 1 c Milk

  11. 1 t Vinegar

  12. 1 t Vanilla extract

  13. 1 c Chopped nuts

  14. 10 minutes; set aside. Add flour and milk, alternately, to the egg mixture. Stir in vanilla, nuts and rhubarb. Pour into two greased

  15. 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pans. Bake
