  1. 8 Flour Tortillas , Large

  2. 12 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate chips , I use Ghiradelli

  3. 2 cup(s) Sour Cream

  4. 5 tablespoon(s) Powdered Sugar

  5. 1/2 pint(s) Whipping Cream

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla

  7. 1 small Chocolate bar , Hershey's

  1. Pour chips into the top of double boiler. Add sour cream and 3T powdered sugar continuting to heat until the chips are melted. Place pan in cold water stirring occasionally. Put one of the flour tortillas on a serving plate. Spread with chocolate mixture nd continue alternating tortillas and chocolate mixture ending with a tortilla on the top. Make sure that you get them as even as possible on top of one another. Prepare whipping cream with 2T powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla. Spread evenly over top and sides of tortillas. Shave part of the chocolate bar on the top. I use a vegetable peeler. Cover for at least 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. To serve, cut into slim wedges with sharp knife.
