  1. 3 Salmon steaks - (to 4) - abt

  2. 2 lbs total

  3. 1 cup 237ml Heavy cream

  4. 5 teaspoons 25ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 Taablespoon minced onion

  6. 1 Salt

  7. Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Arrange salmon steaks in a buttered baking dish.

  2. Mix cream, lemon juice, onion, and salt and pour over steaks, bake uncovered 25 minutes at 400 degrees (or until fish flakes easily).

  3. Spoon sauce over each serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
