  1. 3 lbs. sour cream

  2. 1-1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar Strawberries, blueberries or any other berries that are in season - total of about 2 lbs - washed, picked over, halved etc..

  1. Put sugar in large bowl. Add sour cream and mix until sugar has dissolved into the cream. Gently fold in fresh fruit, holding back a few berries to decorate the top right before serving. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just prior to serving, decorate with remaining berries.
