  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  2. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Trimmed boneless beef chuck - cut 3/4"-thk chunks

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - coarsely chopped (large)

  5. 1 Beef broth - (14 1/2 oz)

  6. 1 Stewed tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)

  7. 1 Good Seasons Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing

  8. 3 Potatoes - cut 3/4" chunks (medium)

  9. 3 Carrots - cut 1/2" pieces (medium)

  10. Hot cooked noodles

  11. Chopped fresh parsley -

  1. Heat oil in 5-quart saucepot on medium-high heat. Coat meat with flour; add to saucepot. Cook and stir on medium heat until tender. Stir in broth, tomatoes and salad dressing mix. Bring to boil stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes.

  2. Add potatoes and carrots; cover. Simmer an additional 30 minutes. Remove cover; simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

  3. Spoon over noodles. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
