  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-6

  2. 1 8 pieces 1/2 cup 1 teaspoon Marinade chicken

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 1 1/2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 5 cups Seasoning

  4. 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon 1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Chicken, about 2 lbs or 1 lb chicken breast

  5. 1 piece about 3 inches long

  6. Peanuts

  7. Ginger, chopped

  8. Cold water

  9. Oil

  10. Soy sauce

  11. Wine

  12. Sugar

  13. Cornstarch

  14. Salt

  15. Sesame oil

  1. Remove all bones from chicken, cut into 1inch cubes. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch.

  2. Stir evenly in one direction and soak for half hour.

  3. Wipe clean, remove tips and seeds of dryred pepper, cut into 1 inch long pieces, fry peanuts until golden,remove and let cool.

  4. Fry chicken in boiling oil for halfminute. Remove chicken and drain off oil from frying pan.

  5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil to fry dry redpepper until it turns black. Add ginger and chicken, stir quickly, nextadd the seasoning sauce, stir until thickened and heated thoroughly;

  6. turn off the fire.

  7. Add the peanuts (deep fried or roasted).

  8. Mix well just before serving.
