  5. 5 oz White chocolate

  6. 3 Egg yolks

  7. 4 T Sugar

  8. 1/3 c Frangelico

  9. 2 T Lemon juice (fresh squeezed)

  10. 2 Clear gelatin sheets

  11. 1/4 c Water

  12. 3 c Heavy cream; whipped

  13. In the top of a simmering double boiler place the white chocolate and melt

  14. it. Keep it warm.

  15. In the top of another simmering double boiler place the white chocolate

  16. and melt it. Keep it warm.

  17. Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk and stir it in.

  18. In another small saucepan place the gelatin and the water. Heat them

  19. slightly and mix them together so that the gelatin is totally dissolved.

  20. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Add it to the

  21. egg-yolk-chocolate mixture and stir it in well.

  22. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Place the mousse in

  23. the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until it is firm. --
