  1. 1 chicken, cooked, boned & cut in sm. pieces

  2. 6 tbsp. flour

  3. 6 tbsp. butter

  4. Salt (to taste)

  5. Pepper (to taste)

  6. Green pepper

  7. Sm. onion

  8. 1 sm. can Veg-All

  9. 4 eggs, hard boiled

  10. Your favorite pie crust

  11. 3 c. milk

  1. Melt butter in pan. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until bubbly. Add milk and cook until just comes to a boil. To this white sauce, add chicken, Veg-All and hard boiled eggs. Line casserole with pie crust. Pour in chicken mixture. Bring pie crust up and over mixture (cobbler style). Bake in oven until crust browns nicely.
