  3. 1 can cream of celery soup

  4. 1 16 oz tub sour cream

  5. 2 cups mexican style cheese

  6. 1 cup sharp cheddar

  1. Follow directions to cook the two cups of rice, resulting in about 4 cups. Mix with everything except sharp cheddar. Spoon into 9x13 pan and sprinkle with sharp cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles - about 35 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes and serve.
