  1. 2 bag(s) (6 oz) large elbow pasta , boiled 5 pound(s) bacon , chopped 1 pound(s) beef , choped 2 tablespoon(s) mustard , processed 2 tablespoon(s) tabasco

  2. 1 pinch(s) salt

  3. 1/4 cup(s) flour

  4. 2 cup(s) milk

  5. 1 cup(s) lite sour cream

  6. 2 cup(s) sharp cheese , shredded

  7. 1 undefined tomatoe , sliced

  1. Boil pasta acording to bag directions. Rinse , and set aside.

  2. Cook bacon and beef till browned. Pull from pan, set aside.

  3. Add mustard, tabasco to drippings. Sometimes the bacon and beef do not leave enough grease in the pan. when this happen add a little butter to your pan. Add the flour to make your gravey. Add the sour cream to hel thicken it up quickly. Slowly add the milk so it dosn't get to thin. Then add your cheese.

  4. Mix your cheese sauce with your asta and your meat. Your done!

  5. Slice your tomatoe to serve on the side. What bacon cheesburger dosn't have a tomatoe with it! Serve with lettuce shreds is good as well!
