  3. 50 g 1 tsp Marinade Chiu Chow Chili Oil

  4. 1/2 tsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  5. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  6. 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix Chiu Chow Chili Oil

  7. 1 1/2 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  8. 2 tbsp

  1. Marinate pork for 15 minutes. Cook noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add bean sprouts, pork and stir-fry until done. Add noodles, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in yellow chives.
