  1. Blackberry Syrup

  2. 2 cups blackberry juice

  3. 1-1/2 quarts blackberries

  4. 2 cups sugar

  5. 2 cups white corn syrup

  6. Measure juice into 6 or 8-quart pot. Heat juice to boiling; add

  7. sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add corn syrup, heat to boiling,

  8. and simmer about five minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars.

  9. Seal lids with screw bands. Place in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
