  1. 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese app. 6-8 green onion s, finely chopped 3/4 can black olive s, finely chopped 1 can Rotel Tomato es with Green Chilies (original) 2-3 packages flour tortillas (burrito size works best) garlic salt or powder to taste plastic wrap

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Add garlic salt (or powder) to taste. Spread a thin even layer of the mixture on the tortillas. Roll them up and wrap in plastic wrap, twisting the ends to hold them together tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into ¼ to ½ slices to serve. Can be served with salsa or by themselves.
