  1. 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  2. 1 1/4 cup Onion, diced

  3. 1 tablespoon Chopped garlic

  4. 1 cup Sliced zucchini

  5. 1 cup Sliced yellow squash

  6. 1 cup Bell peppers strips

  7. (red and/or green)

  8. 1 can CONTADINA diced tomatoes,

  9. Drained, reserve juice

  10. (14 1/2 oz) 1 can CONTADINA Italian style

  11. Tomato paste (6 oz)

  12. cup Warm water

  13. teaspoon Salt

  14. teaspoon Pepper

  15. 1 teaspoon Dried basil, crushed

  16. 1 pack CONTADINA refrigerated

  17. Linguine

  18. Slice ripe olives

  19. Fresh basil

  1. In medium skillet, heat oil, saute onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add zucchini, yellow squash and bell pepper; saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Stir in reserved tomato juice, Italian paste, water, salt and pepper, simmer for 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and basil, simmer for 1 minute. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Serve sauce over pasta, garnish with olives and basil.
