  7. 3 cups Marinara Sauce of Your Choice , this equaled about 1 jar

  8. 1 lb Ground Beef

  9. 1 (8 Oz) Pack Manicotti Noodles

  10. 1 tsp Minced Garlic

  11. 2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes

  12. 1 (15 Oz) Ricotta , we used part-skim

  13. 1 Medium Union , chopped

  1. In a medium skillet, brown your meat and onion together. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Once meat is brown, remove from heat and let cool.

  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup of the mozzarella, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, parsley and garlic together 3. Bring water to a boil and add manicotti noodles. Cook for 5 minutes, and place on greased cookie sheet to cool.

  3. Once meat mixture has cooled, add to ricotta mixture.

  4. Brush 1 TBSP olive oil into large baking dish. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the marinara into baking dish.

  5. Stuff manicotti noodles with meat and cheese mixture and place in a single layer in your dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce.

  6. Top noodles with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and break butter into small pieces and layer on top of the cheese, covering the whole dish.

  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes
