  1. 2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1 large onion, chopped

  3. 1 medium green pepper, chopped

  4. 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn

  5. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted

  6. 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

  7. 1 (2 ounce) jar sliced pimentos, drained

  8. 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  11. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  12. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  13. 1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained

  14. 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

  15. 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Add the next nine ingredients and mix well. Stir in noodles and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until heated through. ');
