  1. 8 oz. pasta

  2. 2 tbsp. olive oil

  3. 1 tbsp. butter

  4. 1 onion, chopped One

  5. 6-1/2 oz. can tuna packed in water, drained

  6. 2 tbsp. capers, drained

  7. 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and pepper

  1. Add the pasta to a large pot of boiling water. While it cooks, heat the oil and butter in a pan and cook the onion until tender. Turn off the heat and stir in the drained tuna and capers. Drain the pasta and put it in a large bowl. Toss with the tuna mixture and sprinkle and parsley. Add the salt and pepper. If you like, provide grated Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes on the side. Makes 4 servings.
