  1. 2 c Shredded cabbage

  2. 1 c Shredded carrots

  3. 1 c Cooked, chopped chicken breast

  4. 1/4c Sliced radish

  5. 1 c Plain yogurt

  6. 1/4c Skim milk

  7. 2 ts Dijon mustard

  8. 1/4ts Crushed thyme

  1. + Directions : In a medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, chicken and radish. In glass measuring cup blend yogurt, skim milk, mustard and thyme. Pour dressing over salad mixture; mix well. Chill. To serve: place salad on bed of salad greens (or serve spooned into pita pocket halves). Sprinkle cheese atop salad mixture, if desired.
