  1. 1 c Milk

  2. 6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate bits

  3. 1 Egg

  4. 2 tb Sugar

  5. 1 ts Rum

  6. Pinch salt

  1. + Heat milk to boiling point.

  2. Place all other ingredients in an electric blender, and add hot milk.

  3. Blend at low speed one minute.

  4. Stir with a rubber spatula to remove bubbles.

  5. Pour into pot de creme cups and chill several hours before serving.
