  1. 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

  2. 1 1/2 cups cold milk

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons eggnog flavoring

  4. Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. With an emersion blender, mix until creamy removing any lumps.

  2. *Cook's Note: Hand mixer works in place of an Emersion blender Pour into glasses. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
