  1. 3 lb Pork Ribs Split

  2. 1 c Catsup

  3. 1/2 c Vinegar

  4. 1/3 c Sugar

  5. 3 tb Worchestershire Sauce

  6. 2 tb Liquid Smoke

  7. 1/3 c Maple syrup

  8. 1/4 c Honey

  9. 1/3 c Brown sugar

  10. 4 tb Crushed Garlic

  1. In a large pot filled with water add the pork ribs and cook for approx.

  2. mins.

  3. In the sauce pot add all the rest of the ingredience and cook at a med heat for approx, 45 mins stirring occassionly.

  4. Heat up grill and cook ribs approx 10 mins on each side.

  5. brush with sauce and cook approx 2 mins, and brush with sauce again.

  6. Serves 4
