  1. 1 1/4 c roasted garlic teriyaki marinade

  2. 1 1/4 lb boneless beef sirlion steak

  3. 1 Lg onion

  4. 1/4 c horsradish sauce

  1. Pour ½ cup of marinade over steak in a zip lock bag. Turn over several times and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Cut onion crosswise into ½ inch slices. Place ina shallow pan and pour ¼ cup of marinade over onions. Drain beef and onions and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak and onions together 4-5 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side or untill meat reaches desired doneness, brush with remaining sauce. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish sauce together and use as dipping sauce.
