  1. 1 medium bell pepper , cut in

  2. 1/2 in cubes

  3. 59.14 ml margarine

  4. 1 medium onion , diced

  5. 2 medium zucchini or 4 small yellow squash

  6. 453 1/29 can g tomatoes

  7. 4 slice bread, toasted and cut in small cubes

  8. 4.92 ml salt

  9. 1 1/53 ml pepper

  10. 1 1/53 ml garlic salt

  11. 2.46 ml oregano

  12. parmesan cheese

  1. Saute onions&bell pepper in margarine for 5 minutes,add squash that has been sliced and cubed.

  2. Saute 5 min more,add tomatoes, (break up whole tomatoes) cook 5 more minutes.

  3. Add bread cubes and seasonings.

  4. Put in 2 quart casserole,sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
