  1. 2 cups Gay Lea Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese

  2. 500 mL 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley

  3. 125 mL 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  4. 30 mL 1 large clove garlic, minced

  5. 1/4 tsp each salt, pepper and crushed hot pepper flakes

  1. Instructions : Stir cottage cheese with parsley, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and pepper flakes until well combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving. Makes 2 cups (500 mL). Tip: Serve with mixed green salad and grilled flatbread. ©
