  1. 6 Catfish - (abt 1 to 1 1/2 lbs ea) - cleaned

  2. Basting Sauce

  3. 4 oz 113g Butter - (1 stick) - melted

  4. 2/3 cup 157ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 Tabasco sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Prepared mustard

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt, preferably Kosher

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili powder

  1. Whisk together basting sauce ingredients.

  2. Place catfish on well-oiled grill or grilling basket over medium coals. Grill, basting frequently for about 20 minutes; turn and continue grilling for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
