  1. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Crushed pineapple - drained

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Pineapple juice - from above

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Powdered milk

  4. 3 Sweetener

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vanilla

  6. 2 Gelatin - knox

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Boiling water

  1. In blender, blend pineapple, gelatin, water, and 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice for 2 minutes on high speed. Add dry milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Blend for 2 more minutes on high. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Refrigerate until set, 2 to 3 hours.

  2. Makes 6 servings.
