  8. 1 cup flour

  9. 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or coconut cream

  10. 1/2 cup cornstarch

  11. 1 cup sugar

  12. 100 grams 1/4 lb

  13. 1 tablespoon baking powder

  14. 1/4 pound margarine

  15. Sift flour, cornstarch with baking powder, set aside. Beat the margarine

  16. with the sugar. Add the egg yolks,beating well Add alternating the flours

  17. and coconut milk. Always whipping add dried coconut. Whip whites until they

  18. form soft peaks and fold them into the batter. Butter a mold and sprinkle

  19. it with a little flour. Pour batter into mold and bake in pre heated oven

  20. 375 then after

  21. 15 minutes, turn down heat to

  22. 250 and bake another

  23. 20 to

  24. minutes.Let the cale cool down a little on a rack. Unmold warm and pour

  25. sauce on cake while still warm.
