  1. 1 1/2 lbs. Catfish fillets

  2. 16 oz. bottle Ott's Famous "The Red" Dressing

  3. 1 small onion, diced

  4. 8 oz. tomato sauce

  5. 1 tsp. seasoned salt

  6. 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Preparation Butter 10" microwave safe dish. In a single layer, place fish fillets. Smother with Ott's Famous "The Red" Dressing and diced onion. Cover loosely and cook on HIGH (700 watts) for 6 minutes, turning once a minute (if not using a microwave with turntable). Remove from microwave oven and cover evenly with mixture of tomato sauce, seasoned salt and shredded cheddar cheese. Re-cover and cook, turning as before (if not using turntable) for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with the resulting sauce.
