  1. Stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add asparagus, onion, Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Curry Seafood and stir-fry until done. Divide the filling into 16 portions. Set aside.

  2. Beat eggs lightly.

  3. Heat a little oil. Spoon 1 tbsp of beaten egg and pan-fry to form a small round egg sheet. Add 1 portion of filling in the center. Fold in half to form a mini omelet. Pan-fry both sides until golden yellow. Repeat the step to make about 16 mini omelets. Serve at once.
