  1. 1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix or McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Brown Gravy Mix

  2. 1 cup water

  3. 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Coarse Ground

  4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  5. 3/4 pound flank or boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

  6. 2 cups broccoli florets

  7. Cooked rice or Asian noodles

  1. Mix Gravy Mix, water and pepper in medium bowl. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Stir in broccoli and gravy mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
