  2. coriander

  3. grams 5 coriander leaves

  4. bunch 1/4 cumin

  5. pinch fat

  6. grams 30 ginger

  7. grams 5 green chillies

  8. grams 5 kashmiri chillies

  9. grams 5 mutton

  10. grams 500 onions

  11. grams 115 potatoes

  12. grams 225 salt

  13. to taste sugar

  14. ml 10 turmeric

  15. pinch vinegar

  16. ml 10

  1. Clean , wash and cut meat .

  2. Chop onions and fry .

  3. Add meat ;fry lightly .

  4. Add hot water and salt and cook .

  5. Boil potatoes ;slice and fry till brown .

  6. When meat is cooked ,remove . Add ground coriander ,kashmiri chillies ,cumin ,turmeric ,chopped ginger ,green chilies and coriander leaves .

  7. Add vinegar and sugar and cook till gravy is thick .

  8. Add meat and potatoes .Cook for a few minutes longer and remove .Serve meat and gravy with potatoes on top .
