  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1 lb. pkg. frozen vegetables, like baby green beans and carrots or broccoli and carrots

  3. 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

  4. 1/2 tsp. ginger

  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  6. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  7. 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving juice

  8. 1/2 cup beef broth, divided

  9. 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

  10. 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  11. 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar

  12. 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet, then drain. Add vegetables, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, pepper, reserved pineapple juice, 1/4 cup beef broth, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir well.

  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover skillet; simmer for 4-6 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Add pineapple and stir.

  3. Combine granulated sugar, cornstarch and remaining 1/4 cup beef broth in small bowl and stir until smooth. Add to skillet; cook and stir until sauce thickens and boils. Serve over rice or noodles.
