  1. 8 Cups cabbage

  2. 1/2 Cup shredded carrot s

  3. 1/3 Cup sugar

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon salt

  5. 1/8 Teaspoon pepper

  6. 1/2 Cup milk

  7. 1/4 Cup buttermilk

  8. 1/2 Tablespoons white vinegar

  9. 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  1. In a large bowl mix cabbage and carrots; set aside.

  2. In a small bowl mix sugar, salt, pepper, milk, buttermilk, white vinegar, and lemin juice. Pour the liquid over the cabbage and carrots and stir well. Set in the fridge for atleast 2 hours. It is better if it sets over night.
